Refund & Cancellation Policy
Cancellations 24 Hours or More Before Delivery
Customers who cancel at least 24 hours before their scheduled delivery window are eligible for a full refund.
Cancellations Less Than 24 Hours Before Delivery
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled delivery window are subject to a 25% cancellation fee. If fulfillment has already begun, the 25% cancellation fee will still apply because products may have already been purchased specifically for the customer's order.
After Delivery
Once an order has been successfully delivered and accepted, refunds are generally not available except where required by applicable law or when an issue with the order is confirmed.
If Jhirniece Home's LLC Cannot Fulfill an Order
If Jhirniece Home's LLC is unable to fulfill an order as agreed, customers will receive a full refund for any undelivered portion of their order. We will communicate with you as soon as possible if we anticipate any issues with fulfilling your order and work with you on next steps.
